Objective

W1: To reduce  biological toxicity and ensure the stable operation of subsequent biochemical systems.

W2: To be  discharged into pipes, COD < 500 mg/L, TN < 60 mg/L, removal rate of TN > 95%.

Treatment Process

W1: Ultraviolet  catalytic advanced oxidation technology (UV-AOP)

Comprehensive  wastewaterW1 after pretreatment + W2: Second order nitrification and denitrification + membrane bioreactor (secondorder AO + MBR)

Effluent

After UV-AOP treatment of W1removal rate of COD > 40%, B/C=40 ~ 55%removal rate of DMF > 90%.

After second order AO + MBR treatment of W2COD < 400 mg/L, TN < 50 mg/L.
